As the year full of challenges comes to a close, let's end it on a happy note. Now, it's time to put you first. It's time for a fresh beginning to set new personal goals and improve the way you live. While making New Year's resolutions, emphasize adding new challenges to your lives. Be conscious of your daily routine and get rid of the habits that make you fragile. Ask yourself about harmful habits which generate losses for you and make you vulnerable. Replace them with more positive ones.
